Gratitude is always the solution

Gratitude helps us become aware in the present moment, and to help us see and appreciate things in our life from another, more positive perspective.

When we are focused on the negative or the lack within a situation, this is what we are focusing on.

We don't get to see the good.

This then causes us to feel bad, and to continue to experience more of the same.

When we can look for the good, the blessing, the lesson within the situation, and as the question - what is going on here right now, that I can be grateful for?

How can I think differently, how can I see differently, how can I feel differently about this?

When we choose to focus on the positive, it immediately helps you to have a different experience.
