Mind Dumping
Doing a Mind Dump is a great place to start when you know something needs to change, but you've got no idea where to start.
This is a journal activity designed to do exactly what the title says - a mind dump.
It is a great place to start to help transform any area of life.
The objective of this exercise is to create a free-flowing, declutter of the mind.
The mere act of answering the questions and writing down your thoughts, will start to clean, clear and organise your mind.
The rule - write freely. no filtering, no self-editing, just write.
No matter how ridiculous the words, simply get it out of your head and onto paper.
Make sure you've got a notepad and pen, and then work your way through and answer each question.
