Finding True Balance

We often talk about balance as in work life balance, or down time, or time for me, time for the kids, time for the partner, time for work - and it feels like something that we have to strive for to attain, and that it is always going to be slightly out of reach or unattainable.

If we can start to think about balance as simply our relationship with ourselves - with our inner world, or our inner self, and then the corresponding action that we take in the outer, or physical world - then it becomes a lot more simple to understand and to allow ourselves to find balance.

Finding true balance is 100% within our control at any time, and the balance we need to be focusing on is not in the external world, but finding connecting with our inner world and allowing that to become manifested as our outer world.

When we focus on our inner world first, this will build a bridge almost if you like between the inner and the outer, and guide our actions in the external world, which will help create balance within our lives.

Step 1 is to focus on the inner self

Step 2 is to pause and connect yourself to the outer world - to create your plan

Step 3 is to then take the action
